Basis of our service
Please be aware that we offer an advertising service, concentrating on keeping the site busy to ensure the widest exposure for advertisers. We can offer informal advice on marketing your holiday property and tips on how best to utilise your ad, but the viability of your property as a holiday let, the 'marketing mix' you use, how proactively you manage your ad, and how you manage response are completely up to you. The better you manage your marketing, the better the results you can expect. The advertising service is on a flat rate basis. We don't charge commission, and we don't get involved with bookings.
